Dr. Nishant Kumar Singh is working as an assistant professor GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (PGDM Institute), Greater Noida. He has been associated with renowned educational institutions and has a total academic work experience of 12+ years. Besides teaching he has flair for Soft Skill and personality development as a trainer and had helped students in realizing their potential and fulfilling their dreams. He owes the capacity of public speaking and had managed and coordinated various departmental and institute level event. He is highly motivated to deliver tasks at hand and had been active members of various departmental committees and in mobilizing students driven task to make them manage and execute departmental events. He had published many papers and presented papers in various national and international conferences. He is on board with various associations in the field of research and development. Dr. Shivi Mittal is an Editor, Author and Reviewer. She is an Associate Professor Finance Graduate School of Management,IILM , Greater Noida, India. She has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Master’s Degree in Management and Doctorate Degree in Microfinance. Her areas of specialization are Finance, banking & Investment and Microfinance. She has a total of 12 years of teaching experience in the field of Accounting & Finance in premier management colleges in Greater Noida/Noida. Dr. Mittal has presented and published a good number of research papers in Scopus and national, international journals of good repute. She is also one of the reviewers in GBR journal (Webscience) 2020. Her research area includes microfinance and empowerment of rural women along with the human development. She has many NPTEL certifications in her cadre in various subjects. She has organized various FDP and conferences at institute level. She worked as IIC and Research Coordinator (MBA).

Dr. Shweta Kulshrestha (MBA, Ph.D.) is a passionate Educationist with a strategic focus and is working as an Associate Professor for Management Department at Mangalmay Instituite of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. She has 12 years of active engagement in her higher educational studies she has contributed, crafted and built her contributions and achievements for growth and raising the Institutes to higher ranking. She has contributed nearly about 20 National and 15 International Papers in the research field. She has attended many Faculty Development programs along with 20 MOOCS courses from various platforms like Swayam, NPTEL, LinkedIn Learning, Course Era and Research Academy. She has also conducted various expert lectures as a resource person in many reputed institutes across India.

Dr. Pooja Goel is an academician and researcher with over 12 years of experience in the Department of Management at Mangalmay Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. She began her career as a management postgraduate MBA in (Finances & Marketing), M.Com, PGDIBO and her doctorate from Mewar University, Gangrar Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. She is a financial and marketing expert. Her research publications, including many Scopus papers, have been published in reputable reviewed journals. She acts as a reviewer for the reputed journals. She's also attended a number of international and national conferences. as well as E-Summits, workshops, and FDPs/FIPs/MDPs/EDPs/STTP’s. In, 2021 she receives two awards one for “excellent work in the field of Higher Education” and the other for “Best Performances in Academics”. In 2022, she receives three awards one “Best faculty award from National Research Academy”.
