Dr. Surinder Kaur is currently working as Principal Khalsa College for Women, Amritsar and has a total of 23 years of teaching experience. She has done M.A ( Political Science, Philosophy), M,ed, PGDCA and Ph.D she was awarded the gold medal for the M.A,(Philosophy). She did her Ph.D from GNDU, Amritsar and has more than 60 publications in National, International journals and edited books. She has been awarded by various bodies. She has attended various seminars and conferences and presented papers in more than 75 seminars. She has also designed e-content for HRDC portal. She continues to pursue her passion for research, administration and education.

Dr Suman Nayyar is currently working as Assistant Professor and Head, PG Deptt. of Commerce and Business Management at Khalsa College for Women, Amritsar and has a total of 23 years of teaching experience. She has done M.Com and M. Phil from Kurukshetra University and was awarded the gold medal for the latter. She did her Ph. D from GNDU, Amritsar and has more than 40 publications in National, International journals and edited books. She also has 8 books to her credit. She has coordinated various seminars and conferences sponsored by ICSSR and UGC. She has also completed a major research project sponsored by ICSSR. She is a lifetime member of Research Development Association, Jaipur and is also the member of editor advisory board of international journal of Business Management and scientific research. She has also designed e-content for ODBCM, GNDU. she continues to pursue her passion for both research and education and makes invaluable contributions to both fields.
