Dr. Kavita A. Jain is currently Professor at Baba Mastnath University in Department of Management and Commerce. Earlier she worked as Director in Vaish Institute of Management and Technology for more than seven years. She received master's degree in management and journalism & mass media. She has more than 24 years of industry, teaching and research experience. She has published many articles in reputed journals. She has been guiding Ph.D. students.

Dr. Prabhjot Kaur, MBA, NET, PhD (Management) Academician with more than 11 years’ experience including 10 years of experience in Teaching Management Subjectsin renowned institutes and about a year’s experience of working with industry. Currently, Dr. Prabhjot Kaur is working asa faculty with Netaji Subhash University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi. She has written more than 25 Research Papers/articles/chapters in books, contributed and presented her papers in number of International and National conferences, seminars, workshops etc. She has served as Resource Person in various National Level FDPs (Faculty Development Programme) includingAICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy sponsored one-week online FDP on ROAD (Response Effectiveness, Organizing Self, Attitudinal Shift & Decision Making) organized by College of Management, SRMIST (Deemed to be University), Chennai. Also, she is the member of technical committees of various conferences.
