Harpreet Kaur, B.Com, M.Com (Gold Medalist), Ph.D is currently a director at Khalsa Institute of Management & Technology for Women, Ludhiana for last 6 years and previously director of Gulzar Group of Institutes, Khanna and before that she also worked as a Principal at Baba Khajandas College of Management & Technology, Ludhiana, Synetic Business School, Ludhiana. She started her career as a lecturer at S.S.V. College, Hapur. Under her supervision, 8 students got awarded with doctorate degree. She has to her credit many research papers in Scopus Indexed, UGC-CARE listed, National and International Journals. She had also presented many research papers in National and International conferences and seminars. She attended various Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) and National Seminars. She is a Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and Academic Council, IKGPTU. She is also a Co-ordinator of Students Forum “Ludhiana Management Association (LMA)”.

Meenakshi Sidhu (Mohan), B. Com, MAJMC is currently the Head and Assistant Professor in P.G. Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at DAV College, Jalandhar with teaching experience of 17 years. She started her career as a
lecturer at BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar. She has to her credit many research papers in, UGC-CARE listed, National and International Journals. She has attended numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDP) and various National Seminars and International Seminars. She has presented various research papers in National and International conferences and delivered lectures as a Guest Speaker in Internationally. She is a a member of Board of Studies in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She is a Member of Academic Council, DAV College, Jalandhar and in-charge of Media Club, DAV College, Jalandhar.

Neha Dhawan MBA, Ph.D is currently a teaching faculty of Khalsa Institute of Management & Technology for Women, Ludhiana for last 2 years, teaching Management & Commerce subjects. Previously she worked as Assistant Professor at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi and at S.C.D. Government College, Ludhiana. She has to her credit one research paper in ABDC indexed journal, 4 research papers in UGC Care List Journals and many research papers in various National and International journals. She has participated and presented her research papers in many National & International Conferences and most of her papers were published in conference proceedings

Rakshitha J is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Government First Grade College, Byadagi, Haveri District. She has to her credit M.Com., and PGDFM degrees and over a decade of Teaching experience in the field of Commerce and Management disciplines with a strong base and exposure. She has been awarded with Prof C.M. Muniramappa Felicitation Committee Cash Prize for securing highest marks in Marketing Management subject during M.com. from University of Mysore. She has several Publications to her credit and has written research papers in National and International journal repute and presented several research papers in National and International conferences.
