The authors had already published various research papers in Reputed International Journals, Chaired sessions and presented numerous papers at National/International Conferences and Seminars.
Kamaljit Kaur is an eminent scholar, and an alumnus of Punjabi University Patiala, presently work-ing as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science, at Punjabi University TPD Malwa College Ram-pura Phul (Bathinda). The author's areas of interest are Web Technology, Networking, Operating Systems and Digital marketing. The authors had already published various research papers in reputed International Journals, Chaired sessions and presented several papers at National/International Con-ferences and Seminars
Menka holds a Ph.D. degree in the specialization area of Marketing Management from Panjab University. She is working as an Assistant Professor in Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Sector -32, Chandigarh. She has more than 12 years of experience in teaching and research and a lifetime member of Indian Accounting Association. Her academic accomplishments include multiple paper presentations at national and international seminars and conferences. She has au-thored over 15 research papers and articles published in both national and international journals and books, including those listed in UGC care list. Menka has also received recognition from the MGN-CRE, Ministry of Education, Govt of India and was awarded a "Certificate of Appreciation" for her role as a teacher coordinator in a three-day training program on "Digital Marketing”. Her research areas encompasses Marketing Management, Marketing Communication, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
Raman Deep Bhargav is a highly dynamic professional with over 13 years of extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry, specialized in areas such as Strategic Planning & Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Key Account Management, Channel Management, and Team Leadership. He is currently serving as a District Manager for a U.S.-based pharmaceutical multinational company, overseeing the North region. He has been the recipient of the "Best Achievement Award" for a period exceeding seven years in his domain. Notably, in 2019, he was honored with an international “ACE award” presented in Hong Kong by his organization. His educational background includes a PGDBM, MBA, and B.Ed. degree from Jammu University. Mr. Bhargav possesses a profound interest in the realm of sales and marketing, with a particular focus on digital marketing, recognizing its vital importance in today's business landscape.
