About the Book

The present book is written to understand the crimes that happen against women in live-in relationship. Like any other concept, the concept of live-in relationship also have positive and negative aspect. There are many positive outcome of live-in relationship such as it help in saving money, help in avoiding lengthy divorce proceedings. On the other hand the negative outcome of live-in relationship is such that women in live-in relationship have to suffer multiple abuses ranging from verbal to psychological to physical and finally to sexual abuse against women in live-in relationship. The abovementioned abuses happen against married women as well. But if a comparison is made between married woman and women who are in live-in relationship, then these types of abuses happen more against women who are in live-in relationship.
