Dr. Bharti Sujan is Head of the Department of Management (S.F.) at Gandhi Memorial National College, Ambala Cantt. (since 2024). She specializes in HRM, Research Methodology, SPSS, and AMOS. With 15 publications in UGC-Care, Sage, and peer-reviewed journals, along with 40 FDPs, workshops, and conference presentations, she brings rich expertise in teaching, training, research, and academic administration. Her current research focuses on the devolution of HR functions to line managers.

Dr. Disha Arora is an academician specializing in Human Resource Management with a Ph.D. in Commerce & Management from Panjab University. She is an Assistant Professor at Gandhi Memorial National College, Ambala Cantt. She has published 7 research papers, 4 book chapters, and presented at several national and international conferences. Her current research focuses on abusive supervision and counterproductive work behaviour. She is dedicated to advancing knowledge in Commerce and Management through teaching and research.

Ms. Kamalpreet Kaur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management (SF) and Training & Placement Officer at Gandhi Memorial National College. Specializing in Marketing and Finance, she actively bridges industry-academia through training, placements, and career development initiatives. She has been honored with the Educator of the Year award by Hon’ble Minister Sh. Anil Vij Ji and recognized by Bhagwati Welfare Society for her outstanding contribution to society.
