K.Shyam Srinivasan’s early career was shaped by mentorship under senior advocates at the Madras High Court, and his relentless drive led him to establish Shyam Law Associates, handling cases across Tamil Nadu and before the Supreme Court of India.

Geetha is an academician and researcher with a strong background in teaching, research, and scholarly writing, she has dedicated her career to advancing the understanding of legal principles, research techniques, and the role of law in promoting social justice. She has taught core subjects of law as well as specialized courses in research methodology, guiding numerous students and research scholars in their academic pursuits. She has also presented papers at national and international conferences and published
articles in reputed journals contributing significantly to the discourse on Management, Legal and research studies. She have been working as Associate Professor and Headin the Department of Business Administration, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research.
