She currently serves as a Head of Department of Management Studies at Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science, Chennai, and actively offers academic research consulting to Andhra University scholars.

Arivukodi M. is an experienced academician with strong expertise in Management and Commerce, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship) at Mohamed Sathak Arts and Science College, Sholinganallur.
