About the Book

The modern workplace is going through a significant transformation. The conventional office-based models are giving way to distributed and blended work arrangements, driven by digital technologies, globalization, and changing employee aspirations. This transformation brings opportunities and challenges, but in the case of human resources, especially how they are managed, it creates significant challenges for organizations. Strategic HRM has to extend beyond administrative roles to be at the core of organizational performance, culture, and innovation in blended environments. This book aims to close the gap between conventional HR practice and hybrid work requirements by offering a comprehensive examination of talent management, engagement, and performance
strategies, frameworks, and best practice in digitally enabled, geographically dispersed environments. Based on recent research, case studies, and emerging trends, it identifies how technology, data, and human-centered methods can be used to build resilient, adaptive, and high-performing workforces.
