She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Management) with a specialization in Human Resource Management and qualified the UGC-NET in 2011. With over seventeen years of academic experience, she is a respected faculty member in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Training & Development, and Leadership Development.
