The discipline of Social Pharmacy has emerged as an essential component of the Diploma in Pharmacy curriculum, reflecting the expanding role of the pharmacist in community health, patient care, and public health promotion. This practical manual has been developed in accordance with the guidelines of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and is aligned with the revised Education Regulations, 2020 for the Diploma in Pharmacy, thereby ensuring its academic relevance and regulatory compliance.
