Vidhu Gupta is a dedicated Academic Coordinator and Assistant Professor at Gulzar Group of Institutes. With an experience of 12 years in academics, she has a strong passion for motivating students to achieve excellence in both their profes sional and personal lives, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Ms. Gupta holds an MBA degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing. Her commitment to academia is evident through her successful submission of her Ph.D. thesis, focusing in the field of Human Resource Management. Ms. Gupta has published 13 research papers in reputable national and international journals. Apart from academic responsibilities, she has conducted numerous sessions with school and college students, covering important topics such as Career Awareness, Personality Development, Stress Management, and Professional Ethics. She has taken FDP sessions focused on topics such as Creating a Connect, Classroom Management, and the Science of Harmony, empowering teachers to create a positive learning environment.

She has a professional career of more than 24 years and has contributed in several national and international journals and conferences.

Priyadarshani N. Deshmukh

Priyadarshani N. Deshmukh got Ph.D degree from Sant Gadage Baba Amravati University,Amravati. She is working as Assistant Professor in SSESA’S Science college, Nagpur (M.S) in Department of Chemistry Affiliated to RTM Nagpur University,Nagpur. She completed her M.Sc in Chemistry from reputed Department of Chemistry SGBAU, Amravati.She also added MCM degree and deploma in pharmacy to her credit. She is very enthusiastic and always willing help students in engineering as well as in science college. She involved in engineering teaching for 9 years and science for 4 years. Attended various international and nationalconferences, seminars and workshop also done paper publishing in reputed journals. She is active member of IWSA i.e Indian Women Scientists Association and also ISC Indian Science Congress. She believes in youth as they are the pillars of tomorrow.
