I had previously worked with the state government during the pandemic crisis management during which I used the different management perspectives from the research for rational management.

Harsandaldeep Kaur is Associate Professor at the University School of Financial Studies, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She did her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Commerce from reputed accredited Guru Nanak Dev University. She has more than 15 years teaching experience to undergraduate and post graduate students. Her area of specialization is Marketing Management and Consumer Behavior. She has more than 45 publications to her credit in leading national and international research journals. Dr. Kaur has been awarded twice the Highly Commended Paper Emerald Literati Awards in 2014 and 2020, by Emerald Publishing House [Kaur, Harsandaldeep and Soch, Harmeen (2013) "Mediating Roles of Commitment and Corporate Image in the Formation of Customer Loyalty", Journal of Indian Business Research, 5 (1), pp. 33-51 and Kaur, Harsandaldeep and Kaur, Kanwalroop (2019), “Connecting the Dots between Brand Logo and Brand Image”, Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration, Vol. 11 No. 1, pp. 68-87]. Her four doctoral students have been awarded degree. Six students are currently pursuing doc toral research under her guidance.
