Dr. Mohd Shakeel, born on June 2, 1980, in Dara Sagrawat Village of District Rajouri, is a highly accomplished individual. He completed his school education in Darhal, Rajouri, and pursued both his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Jammu University, where he also qualified for NET in Education in 2005. In 2006, Dr. Shakeel joined MANUU and has since accumulated an impressive 17 years of teaching experience. Currently holding the esteemed position of Associate Professor in the Department of Education and Training at Maulana Azad National Urdu University, College of Teacher Education in Srinagar, he has undoubtedly had a significant impact in the field of education.He has also presented papers at national and international conferences and is a member of various academic and administrative bodies at the national level."Dr. Shakeel's dedication to research and knowledge dissemination is evident through his extensive publication record, which includes six books and fifteen research papers. These valuable resources contribute significantly to the advancement of education and training.

She has completed M.Phil and Doctorate in Philosophy at Annamalai University and completed Master of Business Administration under Bharathiar Uiversity. Her specialization is Finance and Marketing. She has expertise in the area of Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Research Methodology Tally ERP 9 and SPSS courses. She is setting question papers for different universities. She has received studentship award from Annamalai University and Youth Money Olympiad award in 2016. She has completed Master of commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and also qualified with Post Graduate Diploma in Tally and Office Secretary/ PRO Training. She has 4 years’ experience in Finance and Banking Industry and started her teaching carrier since 2018. She has 6 years of teaching experience in Management discipline and published more than 25 articles in Scopus and other reputed Journals. She has also presented many papers in various conferences. Dr.M.Vidya, M.com.,M.Phil.,PhD., is an Assistant Professor of Commerce (SS) at the Department of Commerce in the Tamil Nadu .Dr.Ambedkar Law University, Chennai since June 2016. She has presented more than 20 papers and published more than 15 research papers at the national and international conferences and journals. She has attended more than 20 workshops related research methodology and other disciplines conducted by various colleges and universities. She is awarded with a ICSSR- Research Project.
