Preeti S Desai is working as Assistant Professor in the department of MBA, Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru. She completed her Graduation from A S Patil College of commerce, Vijayapura in the year 2002 and post-graduation from the department of Commerce of Karnataka University, Dharwad in the year 2004. She obtained PhD degree from Akkamahadevi Women’s University in the year 2017 for the thesis titled ‘Corporate Governance and CSR Practices of selected health care organizations. She has published research papers in Scopus indexed/ UGC journals and conference proceedings. She has published books titled Tax Management- Thakur publications and corporate Governance and CSR – Regulatory requirement to inclusive strategy- IIP Publishers. She has also successfully conducted one international conference Ethics and Governance in the year 2020.

S Panneerselvam is serving as Professor and Head at Department of MBA , Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru. He has Over 30 years of academic and research experience in various institutes including IIM Ahmedabad, Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Harihar and Madurai Kamaraj University. Specialization: Operations, Supply Chain, Quantitative Techniques and Information Systems. Published research papers in refereed journals and a member of BoE and BoS in different institutes.Recognized Guide for Doctoral Programmer under VTU, Belagavi.

Meena Rajiv Chandawarkar was born and brought up in Mumbai, India. After completing Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University in 1977, she obtained a Doctorate from Karnatak University, Dharwad, Karnataka for her dissertation on ‘HRD and Productivity’ in 1996.She commenced her career as a Probationary Officer with Union Bank of India where she worked for seven years. Later, she switched over to the field of Higher Education and served in various capacities like Principal of SRN Arts and MBS Commerce Degree College for 21 years, Director, UGC Academic Staff College, Karnatak University, Dharwad, for four years and then as the Vice Chancellor, Karnataka State Women’s University, Bijapur for four years. At present, she is the Chief Advisor – Quality Assurance for B V V Sangha, Bagalkot, a leading group of over 153 educational institutions.
