Jujhar Singh is presently working as Assistant Professor at Mata Gujri College, Fatehgarh Sahib. He has done his post-graduation and doctorate in Floriculture and Landscape Architecture from Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Solan (Himachal Pradesh). He has 9 years of experience in teaching and research and honoured with two awards by government of Punjab. He is honoured as the Best Teacher by state government of Punjab for excellent services in teaching and research. He got Young researcher and Young Scientist awards from Sydney University and I2OR organizations. During 2023, He is awarded with Excellence Researcher and Young Achiever award. He got two major projects funded from DST. He has more than 25 publications in reputed journals and magazines. He has 3 edited books and more than 15 book chapters published in national and international books. He has been participated as jury member in Spring Festival at Rajbhawan Uttarakhand for last two years. He recorded more than 10 TV talks, more than 20 radio Talks and 25 talks on present issues on social media channels. He is Co-ordinator of Unnat Bhart Abhiyan. He introduced new exotic vegetables and developed many medicinal gardens at Anandpur sahib and Fatehgarh sahib. He is also member of board of studies and academic council. He also published a patent on floral tea.
