Ehtesham Ahmad is a distinguished academician and the Dean and Head of the Faculty of Commerce at Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti Language University, Lucknow. With a robust teaching career spanning 28 years, he has imparted knowledge for 20 years at government colleges and 8 years in the university sector. Prof. Ahmad holds a D.Phil. in Small Scale Industries (Finance) from the University of Allahabad (2004), an M. Com in Finance and Accounts (1984), and a B. Com in Accounts and Law (1982) from the same prestigious institution. Throughout his career, Prof. Ahmad has demonstrated a deep commitment to academia, having supervised five Ph.D. candidates and currently guiding six more in their research endeavors. His specialization in Finance and Accounts is reflected in his extensive authorship of several acclaimed books, including "Computerized Accounting" (2022), "Financial Management" (2021), and "Entrepreneurship and Small Scale Industries with Startup Perspective" (2017). His research has been widely published in numerous journals, addressing critical issues such as digitalized accounting, the challenges faced by MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the impact of GST on foreign direct investment in India. Ehtesham also has actively participated in over 40 national and international conferences, presenting insightful papers on topics ranging from consumer protection to the impact of globalization on India's GDP. His administrative acumen is evidenced by his roles as OSD to the Vice Chancellor, Controller of Examinations, and Provost of university hostels. Prof. Ahmad also serves on various university committees, playing a vital role in the institution's development and academic administration with continues to make significant contributions to both research and teaching in his field.

Neeraj Shukla

Neeraj Shukla is a distinguished Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce at Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, Language University, Lucknow. With a specialized focus on Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Ethos and I.K.S., Dr. Shukla brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his field. He earned his Ph.D. from Lucknow University in 2004, With over 20 years of teaching experience, Dr. Shukla has successfully supervised seven Ph.D. candidates. His extensive administrative roles include serving as an Ex-Member of the Executive Council, an Ex-member of the Academic Council and Board of Studies at both Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Urdu, Language University and C.S.J.M. University, and Ex-Coordinator of the National Service Scheme (N.S.S.). Dr. Shukla has also held positions such as Officer on Special Duty (O.S.D.) to the ViceChancellor, Proctor, N.O. (MOU), N.O. (IKS) and Coordinator at various centres.A life member of several prestigious organizations, including the All India Commerce Association, All India Accounting Association, Commerce & Management Research Association, Lucknow, All India Economic Association, Executive Member of I.A.A. and Gen. Secretary of Lucknow Chapter. Neeraj Shukla's scholarly contributions are extensive, with five published books, 25 chapters and articles, and participation in over 70 national and 15 international seminars. Ashish Kumar Arya

Ashish Kumar Arya is an esteemed Assistant Professor at Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University, Lucknow, specializing in Applied Economics with a particular focus on Entrepreneurship. His academic career is dedicated to advancing entrepreneurial strategies across various sectors, including agriculture, MSMEs and women's Entrepreneurship. Dr. Arya completed his Ph.D. in Applied Economics at the University of Lucknow from September 2012 to September 2015 Under the Supervision of Professor Madhurima Lall and provided significant insights into agricultural entrepreneurship. Ashish Arya served as a PostDoctoral Fellow at the Department of Humanities and Social Science, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (NIT), Allahabad, from January 2020 to July 2022. This fellowship, awarded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, focused on Tribal Entrepreneurship. He also held the position of Project Manager for the “Nai Manzil” program under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, from April 2017 to January 2020, where he managed initiatives aimed at improving educational and entrepreneurial outcomes for minority communities and his previous appointments include Assistant Faculty at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad, from April 2016 to April 2017. With his international teaching experience encompasses with batches of Yunnan Minzu University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and Xi'an Jiaotong University from China. Arya has published extensively in reputable journals and has received several prestigious awards, including the Institutional Doctoral Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by the Indian Council of Social Science Research and the National Overseas Scholarship from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Dr. Arya actively participates in seminars and workshops on topics such as women entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial economics, and local economic development.
