Dr. Chumki Dutta completed her Ph.D. (Agriculture) in Plant Breeding and Genetics from Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat,Assam in 2023. She completed her M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Genetics and Plant Breeding from College of Post Graduate Studies, Umiam (Meghalaya), Central Agricultural University (Imphal). She received the UGC- Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship to pursue her doctoral degree at Assam Agricultural University. She has qualified ASRB-ICAR Net 2021. After obtaining her Ph.D., she worked as an Assistant Professor at Daffodil College of Horticulture, Khetri, Assam till January 2024. She taught various courses viz., Genetics, Plant Breeding, Biotechnology and Breeding of vegetable crops to undergraduate students and also acted as a student mentor. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Plant Breeding and Genetics in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Assam downtown University. She has published several research papers and review papers in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters in books of national repute. She has also attended various workshops. Her specialization includes tissue culture in strawberry, plant breeding and molecular marker technology.

Dr. Sourav Hazari obtained his B. Sc. in Agriculture from Veer Bahadur Singh Purbanchal University in 2015, followed by an M. Sc. in Agriculture specializing in Genetics & Plant Breeding from Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya in 2017. He completed his Ph.D. in Agriculture, specializing in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. During his doctoral studies, he was honored to receive a University Research Scholarship. Additionally, he qualified the ICAR-ASRB NET (National Eligibility Test) in 2021. His expertise spans across laboratory and fieldwork in various crops such as jute, wheat, rice, lentil, and potato.

Annem Sethuvardhan Reddy, I am a passionate and dedicated graduate plant breeder. I have extensive experience in plant breeding, molecular biology, and biotechnology. I hold a Master of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Genetics and Plant Breeding from Kerala Agricultural University, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. I havea strong interest in plant breeding and genetics, molecular biology, genomic selection, genome editing, and quality breeding. My research has included evaluating genetic variability in fodder oats for yield and quality. I also gained practical experience during my internship at Sri Rama Agri Genetics, where I worked in seed processing and hybrid seed production. I am skilled in a variety of breeding, wet lab, and computational techniques, including DNA and RNA isolation, PCR, electrophoresis, and statistical analysis using software like R and SPS. I am committed to continuous learning and enjoy working in team environments. My strong goal orientation and conflict management skills have been valuable assets in my career so far. I am eager to contribute to the field of plant breeding through both research and teaching

Hilay Dudhat, holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh, specializing in Genetics and Plant Breeding. Additionally, he has successfully qualified for the National Eligibility Test in this field. His academic background and expertise are focused on advancing agricultural science through genetic research and plant breeding techniques. With a strong foundation in genetics, Hilay has contributed to various research projects aimed at improving crop yield and resilience. He is dedicated to applying his knowledge to solve real-world agricultural challenges and enhance food security.

Rajan Ghanghas, He is a student in Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University in Hisar, 125001, delves into the field of genetics and plant breeding. Expertise in this area shines through as he explores the intricacies of genetic principles and their applications in enhancing crop productivity and resilience. He has very broad teaching experience and giving coaching to students (more than 1 lakh through online & offline platforms) for comepetitive exams (IBPS – AFO, ICAR – JRF etc.)
