Prof. (Dr.) Satish Chander Sharma is Dean Academic Affairs and Professor in Management in Baba Mastnath University Rohtak Haryana. He has got total 25 years' experience in the field of teaching and research in the area of management. He had been associated as Professor of Management and Director General with Maharaja Group of Colleges, Approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi and Affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Rajasthan, India. He has completed post graduate degree in Applied Industrial Psychology, M. Phil in Organizational Behaviour from University of Delhi, Delhi and also obtained MBA in Human Resource and Ph. D in Business Administration. He has worked and associated with many premier management Institutes like IMT- Ghaziabad, IMS- Ghaziabad, Shri Ram Centre for HR & IR- New Delhi as a faculty and researcher. He is also Ph. D guide and external examiner for many universities in India. He has published many books and more than 50 articles in management field. He has been also awarded by Governor of Punjab & Chandigarh for his leadership initiatives in education field. He has visited many countries like Malaysia, Nepal, Srilanka Singapore and Oman.

Dr. Vishal Khatri, working with Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, Delhi. He is Ph.D, M-Tech, B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering & MBA. A professional in academics with more than 15+ years of experience in academics, research in the varied areas of Computer Science / IT. Expertise in guiding students of Ph.D, M-Tech, B-Tech, MCA through required input and Industrial/Training projects. He has presented & published his research papers in International & National Conferences, Journals. He has successfully convened Conferences & Training Programs. He is Life Member of IETE.
