Dr Biswajit Barman is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Domkal Girls’ College in a substantive post & him also performing as Head of the philosophy department. He obtained B. A (Honors), M. A & M.Phil in philosophy from the University of North Bengal, & he was awarded Ph.D from the Raiganj University in philosophy, West Bengal. His special areas of interest in ethics, especially Media Ethics, Socio-Political Philosophy and logic (Indian & Western). He has published more than 10 Papers in erstwhile UGC approved and UGC Care listed Journals nationally & internationally. Besides the above, he has vast experiences on rural development especially on poverty elimination programme through formation of Self-Help Groups. Microfinance, financial literacy, Women Cooperatives and creation of livelihood options for women empowerment etc. He has received many training on TOT from State Institute of Panchayeti & Rural Development, under the P&RD Department, Government of West Bengal and National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayeti Raj, Hyderabad, Government of India. He worked as state level master trainers in poverty eradication programme more than one decade.

Prof. Abu Emdud Md Abdur Rakib is senior Assistant Professor of political science at Domkal Girls’ College and has previously taught at various other academic institutions. He has obtained M. A and M.Phil from University of Kallyani and Jadavpur University respectively. He has several seminars conference presentations and publications to his credit.
