Pandemic COVID-19 is one of the rarest disasters recorded in human history where crises have caused huge impact not only on human health and life but has severely affected important sectors of the economy globally. Since the emergence of novel corona virus, governments across the globe are concerned about how long it will last, how many people will be affected, how to protect ourselves and our nation. It is having a serious sectoral impact, from health crises to business closures, and from social transformations to the political upheaval. Industries have been hard-hit by the pandemic. All types of industries, irrespective of their strength and size, have been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Particularly tourism and travel-related industries, hospitality and entertainment industry is among the hardest hit. The most overwhelming challenge that many businesses are struggling with-in this pandemic situation is transitioning them workforce to online platforms in order to implement a work from home policy and ensure continuity of workflow. Despite having necessary technological advancements and expertise available in the market, a vast majority of the workforce is still not equipped enough to handle the crises, largely due to lack of right infrastructure and awareness.
