Honourable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi also stated that the occasion of the 400th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji is a spiritual privilege as well as a national duty. It is the duty of educational Institutions to celebrate this special occasion and convey the message of Guru ji to the youth. Papers were invited to represent the views on the need to uphold the life journey and ideology of the Guru Sahib from different institutions. Book published to impart the Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s teaching of Love, peace, sacrifice, brotherhood and eternal values. Guru Teg Bahadur ji is also known as Hind Di Chadder– Protector of India. He had sacrificed his life for the unity of the society of that period and to stop religious tyranny under the rule of sixth Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. He became the 9th Guru of Sikhs on 16 April 1664, a position earlier occupied by his grand-nephew, Guru Har Krishan.
